The short answer
The best TikTok Shop affiliate management tool depends on which job is stuck. Every seller already has TikTok Shop's Affiliate Center. Reacher and Euka automate outreach and keep a creator CRM on top of it. Kalodata and FastMoss help you find and vet creators before you reach out. An agency is the option when nobody on your team has the hours.
If you are new to the channel, run the first cohort in the native Affiliate Center and a simple weekly review. If you are sending invitations by the hundred and losing track of who got a sample and never posted, compare Reacher and Euka. If you cannot tell which creators actually sell in your category, try Kalodata or FastMoss on a free trial before you spend on outreach. Get Live is our company, an agency rather than software, and that row is labelled.
Every claim below is what that company publishes on its own site, linked so you can check the sentence. We read those pages on October 28, 2026. We did not audit brand counts, GMV totals, awards, or database sizes, we did not take payment from anyone on this list, and there are no affiliate links on this page. Table order is not a ranking. Get Live is first so the disclosure is visible.
We do not reprint prices. Reacher and Euka both publish plan prices on their pricing pages, and those change. Open the vendor's page on the day you buy.
Three kinds of tool, three different jobs
The search results for “TikTok Shop affiliate software” mix tools that do not compete with each other. Sorting them by job is the fastest way to stop comparing the wrong things.
1. The system of record: TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
Collaborations, commission rates, free samples, sample approvals and the order attribution that pays creators all live inside Seller Center. Every third-party tool either reads from it or pushes actions into it. You cannot replace it, only add to it.
2. Workflow and outreach software: Reacher, Euka
These exist because the native tools assume a person clicking through invitations and sample requests. Their pitch is automation and memory: send outreach at volume, follow up automatically, keep every creator's status, messages, samples and sales in one CRM, and report on the whole program.
3. Market and creator analytics: Kalodata, FastMoss
These answer “who already sells products like mine?” They track products, shops, creators, videos and lives across TikTok Shop so you can build a shortlist and watch competitors. They are research tools first. Both have added AI and affiliate features, but neither is the record of what you owe a creator.
The fourth option is not a tool. An agency staffs the program: someone chooses the creators, writes the brief, chases the sample that never turned into a video, and decides when to raise a commission. If you are weighing that hire, our best TikTok Shop agencies comparison covers it separately.
How we compared them
We used the same six questions for every row, answered from the vendor's own pages.
- Job. Is it the system of record, workflow and outreach software, analytics, or people?
- Outreach. Which channels does it say it can send through: TikTok invitations, DMs, email?
- Samples. Does it help you approve, ship and chase samples, or only show creators?
- Data source. First-party Seller Center data, or modelled estimates from public data? The vendor usually says, and it matters.
- Reporting. Can it show creators who received a sample but never posted, and cost against affiliate GMV?
- Trial and pricing transparency. Is there a free trial, and are plan prices published? We note whether they are, not what they are.
Comparison table
“What they say” compresses the linked page. The notes below the table are the longer version, including claims we are explicitly not treating as verified.
| Tool | Kind | What it does | What they say | Best for | Source |

Tool-by-tool notes
TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
TikTok's Seller University article Setting Up Affiliate Collaborations describes two ways in. A Target Collaboration invites specific creators to promote specific products, and you can build the invite list from Find Creators, from your Manage Creators list, or from a Recommended creators tab that explains why each creator was suggested, such as having promoted similar products. An Open Collaboration makes products visible to all TikTok Shop creators, with an optional approval mode. A product can sit in both, and the target commission takes priority over the open one.
Samples run through the same place. The companion article, How to set up and manage samples, covers free samples and refundable samples, creator thresholds on a Sample Settings page, auto-approval for creators in a Target Collaboration, a Sample Requests queue with review and shipping deadlines, and a view of the content each sample produced. TikTok changes those windows and limits, so check the current article rather than a number copied into a blog post, including this one.
What it lacks is memory across conversations and automated follow-up. That gap is the reason the next two rows exist.
Reacher
Reacher describes itself as AI TikTok Shop affiliate software. Its product menu lists AI creator search, outreach automation across DMs, Target Collab invites, email and follow-ups, a creator CRM with statuses, messages, samples and GMV, a single queue for sample approvals and shipping, re-engagement for creators who stalled, a Discord-based creator community, spark-code and ad-budget automation for GMV Max, a dashboard and an affiliate P&L view, plus an API and an MCP connection for AI tools.
The homepage says Reacher is backed by Y Combinator, trusted by 2,000+ brands, can reach up to 10,000 creators a day, and has 4M+ creators in its database. Those are Reacher's figures. We did not verify them. On the day we checked, the homepage advertised a 14-day free trial while the pricing page buttons said 10-day, so confirm the trial length when you sign up. Plan prices are published there.
Euka
Euka calls itself a TikTok Shop affiliate marketing platform and “one AI-powered operating system” for a creator program. The homepage shows AI creator search, an outreach agent that messages creators over Instagram DM, TikTok and email, an auto-responder, contests with leaderboards, authorizing creator videos for paid ads, and a copilot for store questions. Its pricing page lists CRM access, automated spark-code collection, automated creative briefing, outreach to competitors' creators, and a separate agency plan for teams managing several shops.
Euka says it is a TikTok Shop partner, that it won the 2026 Catalyst Award at the TikTok Shop Developer Summit, that it has driven $4B+ in GMV, and that 17,000+ stores use it. Those are Euka's claims, not our findings. The dashboard numbers on its homepage are product illustrations, not results, and we have not used them as such.
Kalodata
Kalodata is an analytics platform for TikTok e-commerce, covering categories, shops, creators, products, videos, ads and livestreams, with newer AI products listed in its menu, including Kaloboost, which it describes as an AI-driven affiliate platform. Its FAQ says the team came from TikTok's global e-commerce division.
The most useful line on the page is the caveat. Kalodata says it collects data from public channels and refines it with AI models, that figures such as transaction amounts can vary from real-world numbers, and that the data should not be used where high precision is required, such as commission settlement or performance evaluation. That is the right way to use any analytics tool in this category: to decide whom to contact, not to decide what a creator earned. Kalodata advertises a 7-day free trial.
FastMoss
FastMoss describes itself as a TikTok data analytics platform for tracking products, competitor shops, creators, LIVE sessions and ad creatives, with AI tools and a developer API. Its creator feature is framed as “vet before you pay,” which is the job it fits in an affiliate program: check a shortlist before samples go out.
FastMoss says it covers 20+ countries and regions and advertises a 7-day free trial. It also lists user and database counts and awards on its homepage. We did not verify those. As with Kalodata, confirm any creator's actual results with your own Seller Center data once they post for you.
Which stack fits which stage
Most brands do not need every row. The stack that works is the smallest one that removes the bottleneck you actually have.
- First cohort, small teamAffiliate Center only. Put your best-selling products into an Open Collaboration, send targeted invitations to a short list of creators whose content already sits next to your buyer, offer samples, and review the Sample Requests queue daily. A spreadsheet of who received what is enough. The creator affiliate program guide covers commission, sampling and briefs.
- You cannot tell who to inviteAdd one analytics trial, Kalodata or FastMoss, to find creators who already sell in your category and to see which products competitors are pushing through creators. Treat every GMV estimate as a lead to check, not a number to plan against.
- Outreach volume has outgrown a personTrial Reacher or Euka when invitations, follow-ups and sample tracking are taking hours a day, or when samples are shipping without anyone noticing which creators never posted. Run both trials against the same creator list for a week and compare the reports, not the demos.
- Nobody owns the programSoftware does not fix an empty chair. If no one will log in daily, review content and adjust commission, the honest options are hiring that person or hiring an agency. See how to choose a TikTok Shop agency.
Questions to ask before you buy
- How does the tool connect to my shop, and which actions does it take inside Seller Center on my behalf?
- Which outreach channels does it use, and what limits does TikTok place on invitations and messages that the tool has to respect?
- Does the creator data come from my shop's records or from modelled public estimates? Which screens are which?
- Can it show me creators who received a sample and did not post, and sample cost as a share of affiliate GMV, without an export?
- What happens to my creator list, notes and message history if I cancel?
- Is the trial long enough to send outreach, ship samples and see posts? Sample logistics alone take more than a week.
Ask every vendor the same questions in writing and compare the answers side by side. Demos are built around the screens that look best.
Where Get Live fits (our company)
Disclosure: Get Live is our company. It is an agency, not software, so it does not compete with the tools above on features. We are not ranked #1 on this page, we do not guarantee GMV, and we do not publish a rate card.
We are a certified TikTok Shop Partner agency. The badge means TikTok vetted the agency. It is not a sales result. When we run a brand's creator program, the work is the part the tools leave to a person: deciding which creators fit the buyer, writing the brief that answers the product's main objection, keeping samples moving, following up on creators who went quiet, and adjusting commission and sampling from the weekly numbers. Creator affiliates sit alongside LIVE, TikTok advertising and day-to-day shop operations, agreed per brand. The full scope is on the agency page.
