We have not formed a separate legal entity for this site. Nothing here names a company we do not operate.

Get Live is a public agency website. It describes TikTok Shop agency work — creators, live shopping, and shop operations — and points to a waitlist form. It is not a self-serve storefront.

Affilio is a password-gated operator tool at /app (and the related CRM at /crm). It is not a public product dashboard. Access requires the operator password.

Submitting the HubSpot waitlist form, the free shop-analysis form, a creator-network application, or a Calendly booking is a request to hear from us. None of those steps is a paid engagement, and none creates a client contract or a creator booking. If we work together later, that would be a separate conversation.

This site does not publish a price list. It does not offer an uptime or response-time SLA. We do not guarantee GMV, rankings, revenue, or any sales outcome.

Marketing pages do not display live shop metrics. Affilio does not import GMV, orders, ads, or affiliate performance from TikTok Shop.

If an operator connects a TikTok Shop, that uses TikTok’s authorization flow and TikTok’s terms. We may store tokens and authorized shop identity records, as described in the Privacy Policy.

TikTok Shop is TikTok’s platform. We are not TikTok. We cannot promise TikTok will approve an app, a shop, or a listing. Affilio may change, break, or be unavailable.

Do not bypass the operator login, try to reach private operator data, disrupt the service, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Site copy, design, and marks belong to us, or are used with permission. Do not copy the site and pass it off as your own.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Public-page copy is general information, not a guarantee of results.

To the extent allowed by law, Justin Pollack / Get Live is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or indirect damages from using the site or Affilio. If we are liable anyway, that amount will not exceed what you paid us for the specific work that caused the claim — which may be zero if you only used the free public site.

HubSpot, Calendly, Supabase, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Vercel have their own terms when you use those services through this site. We are not responsible for their services.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
