Seller University Sep 30: October GMV Sprint Label Moves to Sep 30, Sales Accelerator (SKPP), Creator Bind Eligibility, and Affiliate Marketing Policy — Hub Titles and Dates

As of a Sep 30, 2026 morning watch of US TikTok Shop Seller University, Latest courses showed 2026 October GMV Sprint (Updated Sep 30; the hub label was Updated Sep 29 on yesterday’s watch), Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers (Updated Sep 30), a Targeted Collaboration Playbook card whose hub title is truncated (Updated Sep 29), and Package Shipments Guide (Updated Sep 29). Latest policies showed Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements and Affiliate Marketing Policy (both Updated Sep 30), plus Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements and Seller Enforcement Policy (both Updated Sep 29). Titles and dates only — the essays were not opened, so this post does not state GMV Sprint prizes, SKPP rules, creator-bind eligibility, affiliate terms, automotive requirements, or enforcement specifics.

What this watch covered

On the morning of Sep 30, 2026, Get Live checked the visible top of US TikTok Shop Seller University (TikTok Shop Academy), For Sellers tab. Latest courses and articles and Latest policies both rotated again. The course lead is 2026 October GMV Sprint, badged UPDATE, now labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. Yesterday morning that same title was labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026.

This post is for brands that pay for TikTok Shop operations: founders, e-commerce leads, and whoever owns the shop's P&L. An October program card, a Sales Accelerator card, a creator-collaboration card, a shipments card, a creator-bind policy, an affiliate policy, an automotive category policy, and an enforcement policy are seller-side work. They sit with catalog, affiliate ops, compliance, and logistics, not with a creator manager working from a title alone.

What moved on the hub

Latest courses and articles, top four

  1. 2026 October GMV Sprint — badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 30, 2026
  2. Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers — badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 30, 2026
  3. Targeted Collaboration Playbook: Reach the Right Creators and How Bonus Invita… — badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 29, 2026. The hub truncates the title after “Invita.” This post does not complete it.
  4. Package Shipments Guide — badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 29, 2026

Latest policies, top four

  1. Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements — badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 30, 2026
  2. Affiliate Marketing Policy — badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 30, 2026
  3. Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements — badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 29, 2026
  4. Seller Enforcement Policy — badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 29, 2026

Compared with our Sep 29 morning watch, the course top four turned over except for the GMV Sprint card, which moved from #3 to #1 and from an Updated Sep 29 label to an Updated Sep 30 label. Both LIVE Product Listing Guide cards and How to Sign Up for CBT left the visible course top four. On the policy side, the entire Sep 29 top four left: LIVE Auction: Requirements & Guidelines, Surprise-Based Products Requirements, Fulfillment Policy, and Customer Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. A card leaving the top slots means Academy is surfacing something newer. It does not mean the older document was withdrawn.

Recommended row on the same capture

The Recommended for you row on this homepage capture showed five titles and no Updated or Published line under them. We did not open those cards. They are listed so they stay separate from the dated Latest rows above:

  • How to Bind an Account When a Creator Is Prompted… — the hub truncates this title. We do not complete it, and we do not treat it as Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements.
  • New Shop Probation Program Requirements
  • Product Detail Pages & Listing Quality Guidelines
  • Prohibited Products Policy
  • Setting Up Affiliate Collaborations

Latest courses #1 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

2026 October GMV Sprint

2026 October GMV Sprint led Latest courses, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. On the Sep 29 morning watch the same title sat at #3, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. That was its first appearance in this series. The essay was not opened yesterday, and it was not opened today.

The only change this watch can report is the hub placement and the hub label: #3 to #1, and Updated Sep 29 to Updated Sep 30. A newer Updated label means Academy is pointing at the card again. It is not a list of what changed inside the essay. This post states no prizes, payout rules, GMV targets, enrollment steps, eligibility, category limits, or program start and end dates. The words “October” and “2026” in the title are the only calendar information the hub card gives.

Anyone building an October live calendar should open the essay, copy only what it says, and write both hub labels on the ticket: first seen Updated Sep 29, seen again Updated Sep 30. For the broader Q4 operating calendar we already use with brands, see our holiday prep guide. That guide is Get Live's own planning frame. It is not a summary of the GMV Sprint essay.

Latest courses #2 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers

Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers sat at #2, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. It was new to the visible course top four in this series. The essay was not opened.

The title itself is the whole source. It names Sales Accelerator, it names Strategic Key Products, and it places the abbreviation SKPP in parentheses after those words. This post uses that parenthetical as the expansion of SKPP and then stops. It does not define how a product becomes a Strategic Key Product, how a bestseller is measured, which categories qualify, or any enrollment, fee, or eligibility rule.

Catalog and growth ops should open the card on its own ticket, screenshot the sections that name products you actually sell, and attach the Updated Sep 30 label. Do not brief an SKPP SOP from this article, and do not borrow prize or target language from the GMV Sprint card above it. Those are two titles.

Latest courses #3 · Updated Sep 29, 2026 · title truncated on the hub · essay not opened

Targeted Collaboration Playbook

Latest courses #3 is a card badged UPDATE and labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. The visible title on the hub reads Targeted Collaboration Playbook: Reach the Right Creators and How Bonus Invita… and then the card truncates. We did not open the essay, and we do not complete the title past “Invita.”

Because the essay stayed closed, this post does not describe creator targeting, invitation steps, bonus amounts, bonus eligibility, or what the truncated words were going to say. Affiliate ops should open the live card, copy the full title from the essay header, and attach that string to the ticket next to the hub's Updated Sep 29 label. A truncated homepage line is a pointer. It is not the document.

Our creator affiliate program guide is Get Live's operating frame for how a brand runs creator collaborations. It is not a summary of this Academy card.

Latest courses #4 · Updated Sep 29, 2026 · essay not opened

Package Shipments Guide

Package Shipments Guide sat at #4, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. We did not open it, so this post does not describe label rules, scan requirements, split shipments, or carrier handoff steps.

The same title was in the For Sellers top on our Sep 11 morning watch, then labeled Updated Sep 11, 2026. That post recorded the title and the date. It did not quote the essay. Today's hub label is Updated Sep 29. That is a newer label. It is not, by itself, a list of what changed between Sep 11 and Sep 29. Re-open the live card before anyone treats the Sep 11 note as current shipping guidance.

Keep this card on its own ticket, apart from shipping essays we have read in full. Our Sep 26 post reads TikTok Shipping Peak Season Shipping Rate, including the Standard Delivery peak window of Oct 5, 2026 through Jan 17, 2027, and reads Collection by TikTok [Time-Limited Promotion]. Those are different Academy cards from Package Shipments Guide. A shipments guide whose hub label is Updated Sep 29 does not revise those rate tables, and those earlier essays do not supply the package-shipment steps this title implies.

Latest policies #1 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements

The #1 Latest policies card on this watch is Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. We did not open the essay. This post does not state who may bind a creator account, which documents are required, what a prompt asks the creator to do, or what fails eligibility.

On the same homepage capture, the Recommended row showed a different truncated title: How to Bind an Account When a Creator Is Prompted… No Updated or Published line was printed under that recommended card. We did not open it. Similar words in two titles are a reason to open both, not a reason to treat them as one policy. Put Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements on a compliance ticket with the Updated Sep 30 label, and put the recommended bind-account card on its own note until someone with Seller Center access compares the live pages.

Latest policies #2 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

Affiliate Marketing Policy

Affiliate Marketing Policy was #2, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. The essay was not opened. This post does not state commission rules, disclosure rules, sample rules, prohibited promotion, or creator terms.

The Recommended row on the same capture showed Setting Up Affiliate Collaborations, with no Updated line under that card. That is a different title from Affiliate Marketing Policy. We did not open it. Our creator affiliate program guide covers how Get Live sets up a brand's creator program. It does not restate the Academy policy, and it does not restate the recommended setup card.

The Targeted Collaboration Playbook card in Latest courses is also a different title, with its own Updated Sep 29 label. Affiliate ops can open the policy and the playbook in one sitting. They should file them as two documents.

Latest policies #3 · Updated Sep 29, 2026 · essay not opened

Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements

Latest policies #3 is Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. We did not open the essay. This post does not state which products the category covers, what listings must show, or which documents a seller has to upload.

Our Sep 11 watch recorded a shorter title on the policies strip: Automotive Parts Requirements, dated Sep 8 on that watch. Today's title adds Vehicles and Powersports Products and carries an Updated Sep 29 label. The strings are not the same, so we do not claim they are one document and we do not describe a diff. Shops that sell parts, vehicles, or powersports should open today's card, save the page date, and only then decide whether the Sep 11 title still exists as a separate page.

Latest policies #4 · Updated Sep 29, 2026 · essay not opened

Seller Enforcement Policy

Seller Enforcement Policy was #4, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. We did not open the essay. This post does not state violation types, metric thresholds, points, appeals, or account actions.

The hub label has moved across this series, and each of those watches stayed at the label:

  • Sep 18, Sep 19, and Sep 20 watches — Seller Enforcement Policy labeled Updated Sep 17, 2026, and leading or sitting in the visible policy set.
  • Sep 21 watch — the card was no longer Latest policies #1. The prior label we had recorded was still Updated Sep 17, 2026.
  • Sep 22 watch — the card returned to Latest policies #1, labeled Updated Sep 21, 2026. That post did not open the essay.
  • This Sep 30 watch — the card is back in the visible top four, at #4, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. Essay still not opened.

A newer Updated label is a reason to re-open the live policy before anyone briefs enforcement from the Sep 17 or Sep 21 hub dates. It is not a list of new thresholds. Rank moving from #1 on Sep 22 to off the top and back to #4 today is a queue change. It is not proof the policy was withdrawn in between.

Cards that left since the Sep 29 watch

Full reads from earlier watches

Today's eight cards were not opened, and yesterday's eight cards were not opened either. The full reads below are earlier essays that are easy to confuse with a title on this hub. Use them for the text we verified. Re-open Academy if a decision depends on the essay still matching that read.

Honesty boundary

What this post does and does not say

  • We will claim: the eight Latest rows above, with the UPDATE badges and Updated dates named, as shown on the For Sellers tabs on the morning of Sep 30, 2026; the five Recommended titles as shown, with no Updated line under them on this capture; the comparison to the top fours we recorded on Sep 29; the earlier hub labels we recorded for Package Shipments Guide (Updated Sep 11), Seller Enforcement Policy (Updated Sep 17, then Updated Sep 21), and a differently titled Automotive Parts Requirements card (dated Sep 8 on the Sep 11 watch); and the contents of earlier posts where we said we had read the essay.
  • We will not claim: 2026 October GMV Sprint prizes, targets, eligibility, dates inside the program, or a line-by-line diff between the Sep 29 and Sep 30 labels; Sales Accelerator or SKPP rules beyond the words in the title; the unfinished Targeted Collaboration Playbook title, or any bonus or targeting rule; Package Shipments Guide steps; Creator Bind eligibility; Affiliate Marketing Policy terms; automotive, vehicle, or powersports requirements; Seller Enforcement thresholds; or the body of any Recommended card.

This week's checklist

  • Re-open Seller University and confirm both top-four lists match this watch.
  • Open 2026 October GMV Sprint. Write both labels on the ticket: Updated Sep 29 (first logged) and Updated Sep 30 (this watch). Copy prizes, targets, and eligibility only from the essay.
  • Open Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers. Do not brief SKPP rules from this post, and do not mix the card with the GMV Sprint essay.
  • Open the Targeted Collaboration Playbook card and copy the full title from the essay. The hub truncates it after “Invita.”
  • Open Package Shipments Guide. The hub label is Updated Sep 29. The Sep 11 watch recorded Updated Sep 11 and did not quote the essay.
  • Open Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements (Updated Sep 30) on its own ticket from How to Bind an Account When a Creator Is Prompted.
  • Open Affiliate Marketing Policy (Updated Sep 30). Keep it separate from Setting Up Affiliate Collaborations and from Get Live's affiliate guide.
  • Open Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements. Compare the live title yourself with the Sep 11 card titled Automotive Parts Requirements.
  • Open Seller Enforcement Policy. Prior hub labels in this series were Updated Sep 17 and Updated Sep 21. Today's label is Updated Sep 29. The essay was not opened on those watches.
  • Use the Sep 29 post for LIVE Product Listing Guide, the GMV Sprint's first appearance, How to Sign Up for CBT, and LIVE Auction: Requirements & Guidelines, then re-open any of those cards a decision still depends on.
  • Log the Updated date next to every ticket.

Operating calendar

How Get Live uses this

Get Live runs TikTok Shop for brands, including live selling and creator programs. We read Seller University so a hub rotation becomes dated tasks with an owner: an October program read before anyone quotes a prize, a Sales Accelerator open before anyone defines SKPP, a creator-bind ticket kept apart from a recommended how-to card, an affiliate policy open kept apart from a setup guide, and an enforcement re-read when the hub date moves. We quote TikTok's documents when we have opened them. On this watch we had titles and dates, so that is all this post reports. We do not publish client results. If you'd rather have a team own this for your shop, you can hire Get Live to run it.

Frequently asked questions

What changed on TikTok Shop Seller University on Sep 30, 2026?
On a Get Live watch of the US TikTok Shop Seller University hub on the morning of Sep 30, 2026, Latest courses (For Sellers) showed 2026 October GMV Sprint (badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 30, 2026), Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers (badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 30, 2026), a Targeted Collaboration Playbook card whose visible title is truncated after “How Bonus Invita” (badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 29, 2026), and Package Shipments Guide (badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 29, 2026). Latest policies showed Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements and Affiliate Marketing Policy (both badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 30, 2026), plus Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements and Seller Enforcement Policy (both badged UPDATE, Updated Sep 29, 2026). This watch recorded hub titles, badges, and dates. The essays were not opened.
Did the 2026 October GMV Sprint rules change because the hub date moved from Sep 29 to Sep 30?
This post cannot say. On the Sep 29, 2026 morning watch the card was Latest courses #3, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026, and the essay was not opened. On this Sep 30 morning watch the same title is Latest courses #1, still badged UPDATE, now labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. The essay was still not opened, so this post states no prizes, GMV targets, eligibility, enrollment steps, or what text changed between the two labels. Open the live card and copy only what the essay says.
What are the Sales Accelerator or SKPP rules?
We do not know from this watch. The hub card is titled Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers and labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. The parenthetical in that title is the only expansion of SKPP this post uses. The essay was not opened, so this post does not define how a product becomes a Strategic Key Product, how a bestseller is measured, or any enrollment, fee, or eligibility rule.
What does Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements say?
This post does not say. The Latest policies card is titled Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. We did not open the essay, so we do not state who may bind a creator account, which documents are required, or what happens when a creator is prompted. A separate Recommended card on the same capture is titled How to Bind an Account When a Creator Is Prompted, truncated on the hub, with no Updated line under it. That is a different title. We did not open it either.
What changed in the Affiliate Marketing Policy?
The hub label on this watch is Updated Sep 30, 2026, on a Latest policies card titled Affiliate Marketing Policy, badged UPDATE. The essay was not opened, so this post states no commission rules, disclosure rules, prohibited promotion, or creator terms. A Recommended card titled Setting Up Affiliate Collaborations was also visible, with no Updated line on that row. Get Live’s creator affiliate guide is our own operating frame. It is not a summary of either Academy card.
Is Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements the same as the older Automotive Parts Requirements card?
Treat them as different titles until you open the live essays and they say otherwise. On this Sep 30 morning watch, Latest policies #3 is Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. The essay was not opened. Our Sep 11, 2026 watch recorded a different title, Automotive Parts Requirements, dated Sep 8 on that strip. Today’s title is not that string, so this post does not describe category rules and does not claim the two cards are one document.
Did the Seller Enforcement Policy text change on Sep 29?
The hub label changed relative to earlier watches in this series. We recorded Seller Enforcement Policy as Updated Sep 17, 2026 on the Sep 18 through Sep 20 watches, then as Updated Sep 21, 2026 when it returned to Latest policies #1 on the Sep 22 watch. On this Sep 30 morning watch the same title is Latest policies #4, badged UPDATE, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. Those earlier posts did not open the essay, and this watch did not either, so we do not state thresholds, violation types, or appeal steps. Re-open the live policy before anyone briefs enforcement from an older hub date.
