Seller University Oct 1: Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions Published Oct 1, HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide, Medical Devices, and Restricted Products — Hub Titles and Dates

As of an Oct 1, 2026 watch of US TikTok Shop Seller University, Latest courses showed HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide (Updated Sep 30; new to the visible course top four in this series), 2026 October GMV Sprint (Updated Sep 30; #1 on the Sep 30 watch), Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers (Updated Sep 30), and Targeted Collaboration Playbook: Reach the Right Creators and How Bonus Invitations Work (Updated Sep 29; the Sep 30 hub truncated this title). Latest policies showed Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions (Published on Oct 1, 2026), Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements (Updated Sep 30), Restricted Products Policy (Updated Sep 30), and Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements (Updated Sep 30). Package Shipments Guide, Affiliate Marketing Policy, Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements, and Seller Enforcement Policy left the visible top fours overnight. Titles and dates only — the essays were not opened, so this post does not state HSA/FSA eligibility, LIVE Auction brand-authorization rules, medical-device requirements, restricted-product lists, GMV Sprint prizes, SKPP rules, or creator-bind eligibility.

What this watch covered

On Oct 1, 2026, Get Live checked the visible top of US TikTok Shop Seller University (TikTok Shop Academy), For Sellers tab. Latest courses and articles and Latest policies both rotated again. The new course lead is HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. The new policy lead is Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions, labeled Published on Oct 1, 2026.

This post is for brands that pay for TikTok Shop operations: founders, e-commerce leads, and whoever owns the shop's P&L. A feature guide, an October program card, a Sales Accelerator card, a creator-collaboration card, a LIVE Auction brand-authorization policy, a medical-device policy, a restricted-products policy, and a creator-bind policy are seller-side work. They sit with catalog, compliance, affiliate ops, and live operations, not with a creator manager working from a title alone.

What moved on the hub

Latest courses and articles, top four

  1. HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide — Updated Sep 30, 2026. New to the visible course top four in this series.
  2. 2026 October GMV Sprint — Updated Sep 30, 2026. Same label as the Sep 30 watch, when it was #1.
  3. Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers — Updated Sep 30, 2026. Same label as the Sep 30 watch, when it was #2.
  4. Targeted Collaboration Playbook: Reach the Right Creators and How Bonus Invitations Work — Updated Sep 29, 2026. On this capture the full title is visible. The Sep 30 watch recorded a hub truncation after “Invita” and did not complete the title.

Latest policies, top four

  1. Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions — Published on Oct 1, 2026. The hub line says Published, not Updated.
  2. Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements — Updated Sep 30, 2026. New to the visible policy top four in this series.
  3. Restricted Products Policy — Updated Sep 30, 2026. New to the visible policy top four in this series.
  4. Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements — Updated Sep 30, 2026. Same label as the Sep 30 watch, when it was #1.

Compared with our Sep 30 watch, one course card left the visible top four: Package Shipments Guide. Three policy cards left: Affiliate Marketing Policy; Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements; and Seller Enforcement Policy. Creator Bind stayed, and moved from #1 to #4, still labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. A card leaving the top slots means Academy is surfacing something else. It does not mean the older document was withdrawn.

Recommended row on the same capture

The Recommended for you row on this homepage capture showed the same five titles our Sep 30 watch recorded, and no Updated or Published line under them. We did not open those cards. They stay separate from the dated Latest rows above:

  • How to Bind an Account When a Creator Is Prompted — the Sep 30 post recorded this recommended title as truncated on the hub. We do not add words past “Prompted,” and we do not treat it as Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements.
  • New Shop Probation Program Requirements
  • Product Detail Pages & Listing Quality Guidelines
  • Prohibited Products Policy — a different title from Restricted Products Policy in Latest policies.
  • Setting Up Affiliate Collaborations

Latest courses #1 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide

HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide led Latest courses, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. It was new to the visible course top four in this series. The essay was not opened.

The title is the whole source. It names a feature and a seller guide, and it prints the letters HSA/FSA. The card does not spell those letters out. This post does not expand them. It does not state which products the feature covers, which buyers can use it, how a listing is marked, what checkout does, or any tax treatment. Those would be claims from an essay we did not open, or from outside knowledge pasted onto TikTok's title. Neither belongs in a briefing.

Catalog and finance should open the card on its own ticket, screenshot the sections that name products you actually sell, and attach the Updated Sep 30 label. Do not brief an eligibility SOP from this article. Do not borrow language from Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements or from Restricted Products Policy because those cards sit nearby in time. They are different titles.

Latest courses #2 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

2026 October GMV Sprint

2026 October GMV Sprint sat at #2, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. On the Sep 30 watch the same title was #1 with the same Updated Sep 30 label. On the Sep 29 watch it was #3, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. The essay was not opened on any of those watches.

The only change this watch can report is rank: #1 to #2, with the hub label unchanged at Updated Sep 30, 2026. A same-day label sitting one slot lower is a queue change. It is not a list of prizes, GMV targets, enrollment steps, eligibility, or program dates. The words “October” and “2026” in the title are still the only calendar information the hub card gives.

Anyone building an October live calendar should open the essay, copy only what it says, and write the labels we have actually logged: first seen Updated Sep 29, seen again Updated Sep 30, still Updated Sep 30 on this Oct 1 watch. Our holiday prep guide is Get Live's own Q4 planning frame. It is not a summary of the GMV Sprint essay.

Latest courses #3 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers

Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers sat at #3, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. On the Sep 30 watch it was #2 with the same label, and that was its first appearance in the visible course top four. The essay was not opened then, and it was not opened on this watch.

The parenthetical in the title is still the only expansion of SKPP this series uses: Strategic Key Products (SKPP). This post does not define how a product becomes a Strategic Key Product, how a bestseller is measured, which categories qualify, or any enrollment, fee, or eligibility rule. Rank moving from #2 to #3 does not add those rules.

Keep the card on its own ticket, apart from 2026 October GMV Sprint above it. Two October-adjacent titles on the same course list are a reason to open both, not a reason to paste prize language from one onto the other. The Sep 30 section is the first log. Today's section is the unchanged Updated Sep 30 label at a new rank.

Latest courses #4 · Updated Sep 29, 2026 · full hub title visible · essay not opened

Targeted Collaboration Playbook

Latest courses #4 is labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. On this Oct 1 capture the visible title reads in full: Targeted Collaboration Playbook: Reach the Right Creators and How Bonus Invitations Work. On the Sep 30 watch the hub truncated that card after “Invita,” and that post did not complete the title. We did not open the essay on either watch.

A longer string on the homepage is a better pointer than yesterday's truncation. It is still a pointer. Because the essay stayed closed, this post does not describe creator targeting, invitation steps, bonus amounts, bonus eligibility, or how bonus invitations work. The words in the title are not a procedure. Affiliate ops should open the live card, copy the essay header, and attach that string to the ticket next to the hub's Updated Sep 29 label.

The Updated label did not move. We cannot say the essay text changed between the truncated Sep 30 card and today's full title. We can say what the hub displayed. Our creator affiliate program guide is Get Live's operating frame for how a brand runs creator collaborations. It is not a summary of this Academy card, and it is not a summary of Affiliate Marketing Policy, which left the policy top four overnight. That policy's Sep 30 label is logged in the Sep 30 post.

Latest policies #1 · Published on Oct 1, 2026 · essay not opened

Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions

The #1 Latest policies card on this watch is Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions, labeled Published on Oct 1, 2026. The hub line says Published, not Updated. We did not open the essay. This post does not state which brands must be authorized, which documents are required, which auction formats the card covers, or what happens if authorization is missing.

File this title on its own ticket. Several earlier cards in this series use “LIVE Auction” or “Brand Authorization” and are not this document:

Similar words are a reason to open each live page, not a reason to brief them as one policy. Our live selling guide is Get Live's operating frame for how a brand runs LIVE. It is not a summary of Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions, and it does not replace the Sep 28 fee-policy read.

Latest policies #2 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements

Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements was #2, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. It was new to the visible policy top four in this series. The essay was not opened.

This post records the title and the Updated Sep 30 label. It does not list device types, supply types, documents, category qualifications, or prohibited items. It is not medical advice, and it is not a determination that any product you sell is covered or excluded. Shops that sell health-adjacent products should open the live card, save the page date, and only then decide which SKUs the essay actually names.

Keep the ticket apart from HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide. That card is a Latest courses title, also labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026, and its essay was not opened either. A shared date is not a shared document. Keep it apart from Restricted Products Policy below, which has its own title and its own Updated Sep 30 label.

Latest policies #3 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

Restricted Products Policy

Restricted Products Policy was #3, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. It was new to the visible policy top four in this series. We did not open the essay on this watch. This post does not list restricted categories.

Our Sep 28 post, while reading Pet Supplies Requirements in full, linked Restricted Products Policy and said that link was for reference and was not summarized there. Today's fact is the hub card: Latest policies #3, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. We do not carry category language from the pet-supplies essay onto this policy, and we do not describe a diff between that earlier link and today's Updated label. Re-open the live policy if a listing decision depends on it.

On the same homepage capture, the Recommended row showed Prohibited Products Policy, with no Updated or Published line under that card. We did not open it. Restricted and Prohibited are different words on different rows. Put Restricted Products Policy on a compliance ticket with the Updated Sep 30 label, and leave the recommended Prohibited Products Policy card on its own note until someone with Seller Center access compares the live pages.

Latest policies #4 · Updated Sep 30, 2026 · essay not opened

Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements

Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements was #4, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. On the Sep 30 watch it was Latest policies #1 with the same label. We did not open the essay then, and we did not open it on this watch. This post does not state who may bind a creator account, which documents are required, or what fails eligibility.

The Recommended row still showed a different title: How to Bind an Account When a Creator Is Prompted. No Updated or Published line was printed under that recommended card. We did not open it. Similar words in two titles are a reason to open both. They are not a reason to treat the recommended card as the policy, or the policy as the how-to.

Rank moving from #1 to #4, with the Updated label unchanged, is a queue change. It is not proof the policy text changed overnight, and it is not proof the policy was withdrawn and restored. The Sep 30 section is the first log of this title in the visible top four. Today's section is that same label at #4.

Cross-link yesterday · those essays were not opened either

Cards that left since the Sep 30 watch

The Sep 30 post is the log for the cards that led the hub then. Use it for the labels we recorded. Open the live essays before you brief from the titles. Four of those cards left the visible top fours overnight.

  • Package Shipments Guide — Latest courses #4 on Sep 30, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. Essay not opened. The Sep 11 watch had recorded the same title as Updated Sep 11, 2026, also without quoting the essay. Leaving the top four does not retire the card. It does mean today's course list is no longer a reason to treat the Sep 11 note as current.
  • Affiliate Marketing Policy — Latest policies #2 on Sep 30, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. Essay not opened. It is not in today's policy top four. Point readers at the Sep 30 label, then re-open the live policy before anyone briefs affiliate terms. Setting Up Affiliate Collaborations is still a separate recommended title, with no date line on this capture. Our creator affiliate program guide is not a summary of either card.
  • Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements — Latest policies #3 on Sep 30, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. Essay not opened. The Sep 30 post also kept that title apart from a shorter Sep 11 card titled Automotive Parts Requirements. Today's watch does not add a category list.
  • Seller Enforcement Policy — Latest policies #4 on Sep 30, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026. Essay not opened. Earlier hub labels in that post were Updated Sep 17 and Updated Sep 21. The card is off the visible top four today. That is a queue change, not a statement of new thresholds.

Four of yesterday's top-four cards are still visible. Three of them still carry an Updated Sep 30 label: 2026 October GMV Sprint, Sales Accelerator (SKPP), and Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements. Their sections above are the Oct 1 rank. The Sep 30 sections are the first time we logged those labels. The fourth card still on the hub is the Targeted Collaboration Playbook, still labeled Updated Sep 29. Affiliate Marketing Policy is the Updated Sep 30 card that left.

Earlier titles that are easy to merge

Today's eight cards were not opened. Yesterday's eight cards were not opened either. The links below are earlier titles that share words with today's hub and are easy to collapse into one Slack thread. Use them for the text we verified, or for the title-and-date log we actually wrote. Re-open Academy if a decision depends on the essay still matching that record.

Honesty boundary

What this post does and does not say

  • We will claim: the eight Latest rows above, with the Updated or Published lines named, as shown on the For Sellers tabs on Oct 1, 2026; that HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide, Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements, and Restricted Products Policy were new to those visible top fours in this series; that the Targeted Collaboration Playbook hub title on this capture reads through “How Bonus Invitations Work,” where the Sep 30 hub truncated it; the five Recommended titles as shown, with no Updated or Published line under them on this capture; the comparison to the top fours we recorded on Sep 30, including which cards left; and the contents of earlier posts where we said we had read the essay or had only logged a title.
  • We will not claim: an expansion of HSA or FSA, or any eligibility, product coverage, checkout behavior, or tax treatment; Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions rules, or a merge of that card with LIVE Auction: Requirements & Guidelines, LIVE Auction Requirements, the Q4 referral-fee policy, or Requirements for Brand Authorization; medical-device or medical-supply requirements; a restricted-product list or a prohibited-product list; 2026 October GMV Sprint prizes, targets, or a diff between the Sep 30 and Oct 1 hub placements; Sales Accelerator or SKPP rules beyond the words in the title; how bonus invitations work; Creator Bind eligibility; or the body of any card that left the top four overnight.

This week's checklist

  • Re-open Seller University and confirm both top-four lists match this watch before anyone briefs from this post.
  • Open HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide. The hub label is Updated Sep 30. Copy eligibility and product coverage only from the essay. This post does not expand HSA or FSA.
  • Open 2026 October GMV Sprint. The label is still Updated Sep 30. Rank moved from #1 on the Sep 30 watch to #2 today. Copy prizes and targets only from the essay. The Sep 30 post is the prior log.
  • Open Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers. Do not brief SKPP rules from this post, and do not mix the card with the GMV Sprint essay. See the Sep 30 section for the first log.
  • Open the Targeted Collaboration Playbook card and copy the essay header. On this capture the hub title reads through “How Bonus Invitations Work.” The Sep 30 hub truncated it after “Invita.” The essay was not opened either day.
  • Open Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions. The hub line is Published on Oct 1, 2026. Keep it on its own ticket from LIVE Auction: Requirements & Guidelines (Sep 29, never opened), LIVE Auction Requirements (Sep 24, titles and dates), the 26Q4 referral-fee policy (Sep 28, read in full), and Requirements for Brand Authorization (Sep 23, titles and dates).
  • Open Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements. This post has the title and the Updated Sep 30 label only. It is not medical advice.
  • Open Restricted Products Policy. This post has the title and the Updated Sep 30 label only. Keep it separate from Prohibited Products Policy on the Recommended row.
  • Open Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements. Still Updated Sep 30, now #4. The essay was not opened on Sep 30 or today. Keep it apart from How to Bind an Account When a Creator Is Prompted. The Sep 30 post is the first log.
  • Use the Sep 30 post for cards that left the top fours: Affiliate Marketing Policy, Package Shipments Guide, Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements, and Seller Enforcement Policy. Then re-open any of those cards a decision still depends on.
  • Log the Published or Updated date next to every ticket.

Operating calendar

How Get Live uses this

Get Live runs TikTok Shop for brands, including live selling and creator programs. We read Seller University so a hub rotation becomes dated tasks with an owner: an HSA/FSA card opened before anyone states eligibility, a LIVE Auction brand-authorization card kept apart from the referral-fee policy and from earlier LIVE Auction titles, a medical-device card and a restricted-products card opened before anyone lists categories, and an October program re-read when the hub rank moves and the label does not. We quote TikTok's documents when we have opened them. On this watch we had titles and dates, so that is all this post reports. We do not publish client results. If you'd rather have a team own this for your shop, you can hire Get Live to run it.

Frequently asked questions

What changed on TikTok Shop Seller University on Oct 1, 2026?
On a Get Live watch of the US TikTok Shop Seller University hub on Oct 1, 2026, Latest courses (For Sellers) showed HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide (Updated Sep 30, 2026), 2026 October GMV Sprint (Updated Sep 30, 2026), Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers (Updated Sep 30, 2026), and Targeted Collaboration Playbook: Reach the Right Creators and How Bonus Invitations Work (Updated Sep 29, 2026). Latest policies showed Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions (Published on Oct 1, 2026), Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements (Updated Sep 30, 2026), Restricted Products Policy (Updated Sep 30, 2026), and Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements (Updated Sep 30, 2026). Package Shipments Guide left the course top four. Affiliate Marketing Policy, Automotive Parts, Vehicles, and Powersports Products Requirements, and Seller Enforcement Policy left the policy top four. This watch recorded hub titles and date lines. The essays were not opened.
What does the HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide say about eligibility?
This post does not say. The hub card is titled HSA/FSA Feature and Seller Guide and labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. It was new to the visible Latest courses top four in this series. The essay was not opened, so this post does not expand HSA or FSA, and it does not state which products qualify, which buyers qualify, how checkout works, or any tax treatment. Open the live card before anyone briefs catalog or finance.
Is Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions the same as LIVE Auction: Requirements & Guidelines or the Q4 referral-fee policy?
Treat them as different documents until you open the live essays and they say otherwise. On this Oct 1 watch, Latest policies #1 is Brand Authorization Requirements for LIVE Auctions, labeled Published on Oct 1, 2026. The essay was not opened. Our Sep 29 watch recorded a different title, LIVE Auction: Requirements & Guidelines, labeled Updated Sep 29, 2026, and that essay was not opened. Our Sep 24 watch recorded LIVE Auction Requirements, labeled Updated Sep 24, 2026, titles and dates only. Our Sep 28 post read a different card in full: 26Q4 Seller LIVE Auction Referral Fee Reduction Policy. Our Sep 23 watch recorded Requirements for Brand Authorization, labeled Updated Sep 23, 2026, which is also a different title and was not opened. Do not merge those documents into one briefing.
What are the medical-device or restricted-product rules as of Oct 1, 2026?
This post does not list them. Medical Devices and Medical Supplies Requirements is Latest policies #2, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. Restricted Products Policy is Latest policies #3, labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026. Neither essay was opened. This page states no device types, supply types, documents, or restricted categories, and it is not medical or compliance advice. A Recommended card titled Prohibited Products Policy was also visible, with no Updated or Published line under it. That is a different title. We did not open it either.
Did the October GMV Sprint, Sales Accelerator, or Creator Bind essays change because they are still on the hub?
This post cannot say. All three cards are still labeled Updated Sep 30, 2026, the same hub label we recorded on the Sep 30 watch, and the essays were not opened on either watch. What changed is rank: 2026 October GMV Sprint moved from Latest courses #1 to #2, Sales Accelerator: Grow from Strategic Key Products (SKPP) to Bestsellers moved from #2 to #3, and Creator Bind Eligibility and Requirements moved from Latest policies #1 to #4. A rank change with the same Updated label is not a line-by-line diff. Open each live essay before you brief prizes, SKPP rules, or creator-bind eligibility. The Sep 30 post is the prior log for those three titles and for Affiliate Marketing Policy, which left the policy top four overnight.
Why does the Targeted Collaboration Playbook title look longer than it did on Sep 30?
On the Sep 30 watch the hub truncated the card after “Invita,” and that post did not complete the title. On this Oct 1 capture the visible title reads in full: Targeted Collaboration Playbook: Reach the Right Creators and How Bonus Invitations Work. The hub label is still Updated Sep 29, 2026. The essay was not opened on either watch, so this post does not describe creator targeting, invitation steps, or how bonus invitations work. Copy the essay header yourself before you treat the longer hub line as the document.
